This work group is charged with developing a vision for testing services for all students who need these services at UC Davis. This vision will take into account or address, among other aspects of this effort: historical data and information, and future projections, to help determine current and future needs; best practices at other higher education institutions' testing centers; the proper division of responsibilities between individual faculty and the testing service center; service models to provide testing services beyond the level necessary to meet disability accommodation requirements (for example, online courses, athletics, SATs, etc.); key processes and organizational structures needed for consistent and comprehensive support for testing services; and the estimated space, staffing, and technology needed to support this plan.

Upon receipt of the work group’s recommendations, a Project Advisory Committee (PAC) will be created to consider specific physical locations and space programming to support testing services.
