Chief Joe Farrow (he/him) is in his 43rd year in policing and has been part of UC Davis for the last three years. He graduated from the California State University, Sacramento, and received his Master's Degree in Education from the California State University, San Diego. Chief Farrow is the Public Safety Director for both the UC Davis campus and UC Davis Health campus in Sacramento and is an active member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, currently serving as the California State Board Vice President.
