UC Davis to Host Annual Remembrance Ceremony

 

To honor the members of the UC Davis and UC Davis Health community who have passed away, we are hosting a Remembrance Ceremony.

2026  Remembrance Ceremony

Date: Monday, May 11, 2026

Time: Noon – 12:30 p.m.

Location: UC Davis Conference Center, 550 Alumni Lane, Davis, CA 95616

Event Details: The ceremony will feature a brief introduction from the chancellor, music and choral performances, and the reading of names. We recommend using the Gateway Garage adjacent to the Mondavi Center. A parking permit is required.

This event is a heartfelt tribute to the students, staff and academics who have passed away during the previous year. It's an opportunity to come together as a community to honor their lives, acknowledge their contributions and celebrate the memories.

We warmly invite our extended community to join us in this reflective occasion. Your presence and participation will add to the collective memory and celebration of the lives we are honoring. Registration is not required, but strongly encouraged to help with planning.
